Refund Policy

Our services are digital in nature. Once a membership is activated, charges are generally non-refundable.
1. Digital Service Policy
omastroai.com membership plans are entirely digital services â Kundali AI analysis, AI Jyotishi chat, Vedic reports etc. Since service is activated immediately after payment, no physical product is shipped.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Technical failure reported within 48 hours of purchase that prevented any service access
- Accidental duplicate payment for the same plan
- Proven total service failure on our end for the entire subscription period
3. No Refund If:
- Membership has been activated and service has been used
- Complaint filed more than 48 hours after purchase
- Refund of original plan after plan change or upgrade
- Dissatisfaction with astrological predictions (this is a guidance service, not science)
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, email support@omastroai.com. Include: registered email address, payment receipt/order ID, description of the issue. Eligible refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Payment Gateway Terms
Transactions made through Razorpay, PayU, Stripe or other payment gateways are subject to those platforms' own dispute resolution policies. omastroai.com is unable to refund payment gateway processing fees.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Service will continue through the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be given.
